Please note that PriPro’s Super Orange Dome Packing has no need for a Teflon ring used in rubber packs that is in contact with the polished rod for wear resistance. PriPro’s Super Orange Dome Packing Material is chemically cross linked and formulated with a proprietary TEFLON INFUSION technology throughout the entire dome packing so there is no need for a Teflon ring.

A Better Rod Guide for your Sucker Rod-Lift Wells

Rod Guides in 325 °F Used Engine Oil Bath for 8 hours and left to cool for 12 hours, before removal.
- Netco X-Link Guide Only Showed Color Change.
- UHMW-PE Guide Showed Heavy Blistering.

Test Repeated at 400 °F using Two Cross Sections of Netco X-Link Guide and UHMW-PE Guide.
- Netco X-Link Guide showed color change without any damage.
- UHMW-PE Guide showed
Heavy Degradation of Material.

Acid: Netco X-Link Guide and UHMW-PE Guide subjected to 15-30% HCL concentration at 165 °F. Parts were left in solution for 8 hours and left to cool for 12 hours, before removal. Cut sections of the Test Parts show interior view of the materials.
- Conclusion: Both NetcoX-Link Guide and UHMW-PE Guide showed minimal surface cracking.
